The "Satisfied or Redone" guarantee!

NeedHelp provides its users with a "Satisfied or Redone" guarantee

This guarantee benefits to customers who have booked a jobber on the platform: if you are not satisfied with the quality get the service redone by another elite tradesperson of the platform.

The guarantee includes:

  • The cost for the completion of the job by an elite tradesperson of the platform
  • The repurchase of the potentially damaged material (the material must be the purpose of the initial job).

The guarantee is capped at £ 2,000 per job redone (cost of the elite tradesperson + cost of the damaged material), and cannot exceed twice the price paid for the initial job booked on the platform.


After-Sales Process

In case of damage or accident, please contact within 7 (seven) calendar days consecutive to the end date of the job, our customer service by email, and file your Claim:   File a claim

  • Client's honor statement explaining the exact circumstances of the after sales
  • Photos of proven defects or damages of the initial job

The Claim is carried out by NeedHelp if all the documents necessary have been sent. NeedHelp reserves the right to ask the Client for any additional documents to assess the validity of the claim. Failure to comply with these instructions, except in fortuitous event or case of force majeure, gives NeedHelp the right not to take action in respect of its after-sales service conditions.

The NeedHelp After-Sales Service will come back to you within 15 days if all the documents necessary for the processing of the file have been sent.
