Our creation
➜ In 2014, NeedHelp was created when Guillaume received help from his neighbour.
He realised the importance of being able to quickly find local help. This experience gave him the idea for a new concept: creating a platform to connect people for various household tasks.
Our growth
➜ In 2016, we raised 1,5 million euros due to the rapid growth of our business.
We expanded our range of services to adapt to the needs of our users. These funds have allowed us to accelerate the company’s growth.
Our expansion
➜ In April 2017, we started offering our services to customers from 123 Brico Dépôt stores, a significant step
➜ In June 2018, we extended our partnership to all Castorama stores in France
➜ In May 2019, we collaborated with 25 Ikea stores to offer a kitchen installation service. This collaboration has helped solidify our position as a trusted platform for finding qualified tradespeople.
