What is the repeat rate?
The repeat rate is the percentage of times your client returns to you on NeedHelp. The higher the rate, the more you receive jobs in your area. Even better, if your repeat rate is higher than the average of other jobbers in your area, your offers are automatically recommended to the clients
What is the cancellation rate?
The cancellation rate is the percentage of missions you canceled after winning the job. The lower the rate, the more you will be highlighted on the platform. If your cancellation rate is too high, NeedHelp reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
What does "Recommended" mean?
In order for your offers to be recommended, your current performance indicators must have a high score. The more they are, the more likely your offers are to be recommended by the platform.
